Dropbox
Dropbox only uses one email address. I will be sending the invitation
to your TU account. If you have another email account already linked to
Dropbox, please let me know. You will receive an invitation to download
the software. YOU DO NOT NEED TO DO ANYTHING UNTIL YOU RECEIVE THE
INVITATION.
Dropbox allows you to access your folders in two ways. (Yes, that rule
of 2 prevails!)
1) Most find it easiest to download the software to their computers and
then access the files just as any other computer directory. This is how
I use Dropbox. I can easily copy and move files in and out of Dropbox.
I also use Dropbox also for sharing items on my cell phone such as
recordings and pictures.
2) You can also access Dropbox from the Internet. Just sign up for a
free account. You
do not need the software loaded on your computer for the free account.
